USEFUL DIET TIPS WITHOUT EXERCISE๐Ÿ‹‍♀️๐Ÿคธ‍♂️๐Ÿ“๐Ÿ‡๐Ÿ๐Ÿ๐ŸŒ

If you are a teenager we are Gen Z we really do want everything in our hand and convenient. Everybody wants to look fit and hot, By keeping yourself healthy your skins start to glow and it's the glow from inside!! 




Tips to lose weight without Exercise-
 1) Drink Luke warm lemon water or green tea  .   (First when you woke up) 

2) Don't cut your favourite meals๐ŸฒBut try to avoid fast food
Inshort eat homemade food

3) Make your portion of food a little less.

4) Don't procrastinate, Do your work (not exercise but your personal work) 

5) Eat fibres food and fruits it helps to digest your food better.  
Eg-  Apple, bananas, chickpea, lentils and many more...... ๐ŸŒ๐Ÿ๐Ÿ๐Ÿคธ‍♂️

6) Drink ton of waters!  ๐Ÿ’ง๐Ÿ’ฆ

7) Avoid cold water. 

8) Sleep more ๐Ÿฅฑ

9) Drink greentea at night and sleep well
